KSi Revolut

Locally a substantial amount of companies had to wait for months to open a bank account through traditional banks. Some of them have even set up offices, employed staff and were still unable to trade in their respective goods and services due to not having an operative bank account.

For those clients who do not require extensive financial services such as credit facilities, letters of credit or factoring products, KSi Malta can now offer a faster and more efficient on-boarding process for our corporate clients. Granting them an operative account that allows them to be fully functioning in a much more reasonable time.

KSi has already successfully onboarded a number of companies and is now fully accustomed to the documentation and information required by Revolut to complete the online onboarding process for due diligence review ensuring that all KYC & AML standards and requirements are maintained and met at the onboarding stage and throughout the length of the relationship.

Revolut is a digital alternative banking solution with the ability to conduct instant international transfers via SWIFT & SEPA on behalf of their customers or other intra-group companies as well as effect payroll and issue corporate cards for their clients under Visa or Mastercard.

For additional peace of mind, the client monies are also held in Tier 1 segregated bank accounts.

Revolut was launched in July 2015 with a punchy mission: to turn the financial banking sector on its head. With Revolut, users can set up an app-based current account in 60 seconds, spend abroad in over 150 currencies with no fees, hold and exchange 25 currencies in-app and send free domestic and international money transfers with the real exchange rate.

Since July 2015, London-based Revolut has signed up over 3.8 million customers across Europe and processed more than 150 million transactions with a total volume transaction of over $22 billion to date. Revolut has raised a total of $336m from some of the most notable investors including Index Ventures, Balderton Capital, Ribbit Capital and DST Global.
