KSi Malta provides full secretarial services to both local and international clients. KSi Malta may appoint persons to act as Company Secretaries to Maltese companies.

KSi Malta also provides support secretarial services to persons appointed to act as Company Secretaries of Maltase companies. Such assistance includes filing the annual return and the abridged accounts with the Company Registrar. We also provide correspondence and/or registered address service.
