Joseph Gauci
Managing Partner
Mr. Gauci has been in the profession for the past 26 years and has held various posts and commissions. He has worked both locally and abroad for local and international firms. He also worked at highest levels with top accountancy firms such as Deloitte and Grant Thornton. In addition he was appointed to various local corporations in various roles including Enemalta Corporation, Maltacom and Malta Drydocks.
He has wide experience in Corporate Finance and in addition he has held various important appointments, including member of the local VAT Appeals Board and consultant to various Ministries and Government Departments in Malta.

Aldo Zammit
Tax Partner
Mr. Zammit holds a warrant as a Certified Public Accountant and is a practising auditor. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from the University of Malta. He is a Member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and a Member of the Malta Institute of Taxation. Mr. Zammit started his career in 1997 with the accountancy and auditing firm Grant Thornton. He started off in the accountancy department and later joined the audit team where he gained exposure to various assignments, both local and foreign. In 2001 Mr. Zammit joined the Tax Compliance Unit within the Ministry of Finance during which period has gained considerable knowledge regarding the area of taxation. He resigned from the TCU to join KSI Malta in 2008 and was appointed Manager to supervise the audit staff. In 2010 Mr. Zammit was admitted as partner.

Brian Farrugia
Audit Partner
Mr. Farrugia has been in the profession for the last 6 years. He is a graduate in Accountancy from the University of Malta and also a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Brian Farrugia is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds a Practicing Certificate in Auditing. In 2005, Mr. Farrugia joined KSi Malta as a junior auditor. During this period he carried out statutory audits of companies in construction, retail, and hospitality and gaming industry. He also undertook EU work for the Ministry of Resources and Rural Affairs. He was also responsible for accounting clients mainly in the manufacturing and hospitality industry. Mr. Brian Farrugia was appointed partner in 2011. He is the Independence Principal and is responsible to maintain and update the practice records relating to independence and to take appropriate action regarding identified threats to independence.

Dennis Mark Gauci
I.T. Partner
Mr. Gauci joined KSi Malta in February 2008. Appointed as partner in 2010 he is in charge of all information technology related matters.
Dennis Mark Gauci graduated from the Malta College of Arts Science and Technology in Information Technology. During his studies he also achieved other certifications from world renowned companies such as Microsoft, CISCO, and Linux. He is a member of Microsoft and attends various local and foreign seminars every year.
After graduation he was employed by a one of the largest IT companies in Malta where he worked for more than three years. His main duties where implementing new IT infrastructures ranging from web & mail security, backup and fax, networking, servers configurations, firewalls, remote management, virtualization amongst many others
