Brian Farrugia

Director - Audit

Mr. Farrugia has been in the profession for the last 6 years.  He is a graduate in Accountancy from the University of Malta and also a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants.  Brian Farrugia is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds a Practicing Certificate in Auditing.  In 2005, Mr. Farrugia joined KSi Malta as a junior auditor.  During this period he carried out statutory audits of companies in the construction, retail, hospitality and the gaming industry.  He also undertook EU work for the Ministry of Resources and Rural Affairs.  Mr. Farrugia was also responsible for accounting clients, mainly in the manufacturing and hospitality industry, and was eventually appointed as partner in 2011. 

He is the Independence Principal and is responsible for maintaining and updating practice records relating to independence while taking appropriate action regarding identified threats to independence.
