Fiduciary (Directorships)

Although the identity of all shareholders in a Malta-registered company is accessible to the public through a website maintained by the Malta registry of Companies, it is still possible for shareholders to avail themselves of a fiduciary shareholding arrangement which enables them to keep their identity confidential and outside the public domain.

At KSi Malta a fiduciary agreement can be reached where our firm would hold and administer specific assets (namely securities) on the basis of instructions provided by the beneficial owner of such assets. The fiduciary is bound by onerous fiduciary obligations set out principally in the Trusts and Trustees Act (Chapter 331 of the Laws of Malta) as well as the Civil Code (Chapter 16 of the Laws of Malta) to protect such asset/s and administer them for the benefit of the owner.
