Malta Business Registry’s requirement - Advise to Companies to provide adequate electronic mail address

By virtue of an electronic notice published on the Malta Business Registry (MBR) website, all companies registered in Malta have been advised to provide an adequate electronic email address to MBR by 30 September 2022.

MBR recommends that this is done by filing an updated memorandum and articles of association. However, in instances whereby this is not possible, a formal letter addressed to MBR shall be accepted.
